Herbal scalp treatment and massage. A 30 minute massage enhancement. Ancient healing tools — from the gua sha stone to the bronze Kansa wand — are used to massage the scalp, face, and crown. Herbal infusions anoint the hair and skin, while intentional touch clears lingering heaviness. Inspired by the grounding energy of the forest, this restorative ceremony is designed to root you in presence, attune your senses, and leave you feeling renewed — a serene experience found only at Stay Namu.
This signature ritual begins with an herbal foot soak in a hand-hammered copper basin, infused with seasonal botanicals and forest essences. Guests are invited into stillness with a cup of warm herbal tea as the ceremony unfolds. A guided foot reflexology treatment restores balance and circulation, while grounding aromatherapy blends of cedarwood, vetiver, and cypress connect body and breath to nature. Soft sound elements and contrasting warm and cool touches deepen the sensory journey, closing with hot towel compresses.

A full-sensory facial carried by sound from beginning to end. Warm towels wrap the feet as botanicals cleanse, renew, and nourish the skin, and warm oil moves across the shoulders, scalp, and neck. Weighted tuning forks rest along the skull and the face, lifting and awakening the tissue beneath the hands, while bowls and forks hum around you the way light moves through a forest. 90 minutes
